Big Sky Season 3 Release Date

The thrilling crime drama wrapped its season 2 in May along with the exciting news of renewal for the third season that was promised to drop on our screen in the coming fall.

Big Sky is all geared up for a third round ready and packed to deliver on our TV screens on September 21st at 10 pm on ABC.

Taking over the originally prime spot after the widely popular Grey’s Anatomy, The show will be releasing episodes on Wednesdays, unlike the usual Thursday premiere days.

This is because the network has swapped its schedule with comedy drama Abbot Elementary which will be premiering every Thursday.

Big Sky is keeping us on the edge with their new additions to the show starting from Reba McEntire has entered the show as the Ultimate Matriach of the Brick family. The trailer is starting with her dignified aura narrating the upcoming scenario in Montana. 

The trailer gives the vibe of the friendly Montana that people know of, with some beautiful montages across the country attracting your eyes to its versatility and a feeling of calmness.

She mentions the city is full of people who are trying their best to keep things tight right until a statutory warning arrives and hits you right in the face with its dead end. 

We see Jensen and Katheryn doing their usual cop business by breaking and entering properties. The trailer also shows a few new faces that will join the madness of the crazy cop show.

What is the show about?

Based on the Highway series of books from C.J Box, the show is led by two private detectives Cassie Dewell and Cody Hoyt who team up with an ex-cop’s wife to solve the mystery of a missing girl who was kidnapped by a truck driver from the highway in Montana.

One thing leads to another and the cop duo find themselves under a pile of missing people who seem to have the same connection with the first kidnapping on the highway. 

The series is all set to drop on our TV screens on Wednesday, September 21st with all-new mysteries and more new faces.
